Last month, we revealed that Giggle Beats will be sponsoring Split Festival’s sister event, Split Parade.
In case you don’t know what it is, Parade is a series of showcase events in Sunderland on Saturday 15th September, presenting the hottest talents in North East comedy, music and performance.
While shows will run into the early hours – including an after-party at Independent – Split Parade begins atThe Place at 5pm, where local arts representatives will be invited to enjoy an afternoon of comedy from stand-up Steffen Peddie (BBC2’s Hebburn), music from The Railway Club, and an acoustic sing-along courtesy of The Futureheads’ Barry Hyde.
And guess what? We want to help celebrate the day with you, our loyal, long-suffering readers.
We’ve got TEN pairs of tickets to give away for the swanky, invite-only do at The Place. If you fancy coming along, just email us on [email protected] and we’ll put the first ten names on the guest list. It’s as simple as that – no questions, no conditions, nowt.
